I am very sorry for your loss. I met you, your mother and Liam when you were in Halifax a few years ago visting with James at the office. I think the world of James and know how close you all were as a family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this very difficult time. Janet

I am a new visitor to your blog; sorry to read about your mom. I lost my mom 3.5 years ago to ovarian cancer at the age of 66. way too young.
it seems from the photos and your stories of her, she was cool.

Dear Kathy,
The words that you share about your mother are beautiful. There will be a day when the memories bring smiles more than they bring tears. Until that day,remember fondly, hug with all your strength and know that there always needs to be time for laughter no matter how hard it hurts.
